Job summary

Phlebotomy of adult patients, Thursdays 08:30 to 12:30, and on Saturdays 09:00 to 13:00 and 13:30 to 16:30

Also NHS health checks, diabetic checks, prediabetic checks and flu vaccines depending on experience, ECG and INR testing.

Main duties of the job

Phlebotomy of patients aged 14 or over.

Health checks involving checking lifestyle including smoking, alcohol, exercise and diet. Measuring blood pressure , weight, height and BMI and cardiovascular disease risk, and diabetic feet check.

Working for Spring Grove Medical Practice, Thursdays 08:30 to 12:30, and Saturdays 09:00 to 13:00 and 13:30 to 16:30

Pay £18.00p/hour plus 4 weeks holidays plus bank holidays per annum (pro-rata)

Duties involve adult phlebotomy, NHS health checks, diabetes annual reviews and prediabetes annual reviews, ECG and INR tests.
