The Role
We're looking for two passionate Service Managers to oversee the day-to-day operation of our supported living services.
You'll lead teams, support individuals to achieve positive outcomes and ensure services remain safe, compliant and person-centred.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate support teams.
Ensure high-quality, person-centred support.
Complete supervisions and staff development.
Monitor care documentation and audits.
Manage staffing, rotas and recruitment.
Respond to incidents and safeguarding concerns.
Build relationships with professionals and families.
Support referrals and assessments.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards.
Promote a positive culture focused on independence and outcomes.
Essential Requirements
Previous management experience within health and social care.
Strong understanding of Supported Living.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Level Three Diploma in Health & Social Care (Level Five desirable).
Full UK Driving Licence.
