Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead multiple supported living services, ensuring excellent outcomes for the people we support, strong compliance and high-performing teams.
This is a leadership role for someone passionate about quality, developing people and driving continuous improvement.
Main duties of the job
Maintain CQC registration and regulatory compliance.
Lead, inspire and develop Service Managers and support teams.
Deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
Ensure services operate safely and effectively.
Monitor KPIs including occupancy, incidents, staffing, quality and financial performance.
Build excellent relationships with local authorities, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
Oversee safeguarding investigations and risk management.
Lead audits and quality assurance processes.
Support business growth through assessments and mobilisation of new services.
Drive a positive culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Reports to: Operations Director
Starting: £42,000+ per annum depending on experience + Performance Bonus

Essential Requirements
Registered Manager experience within Supported Living.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Experience managing budgets and service performance.
Full UK Driving Licence.
