IBH Training Facilitator
Location: Midlands
Reports to: Operations Director
Salary: £34,000£40,000 per annum + Performance Bonus
The Role
The IBH Training Facilitator will deliver engaging, practical and high-quality training to ensure every employee has the skills, confidence and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
You will play a key role in developing our workforce through induction, mandatory training, leadership development and continuous professional learning.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver induction programmes.
Facilitate mandatory training.
Develop new training content.
Deliver practical workshops and competency assessments.
Maintain training records and compliance.
Support managers with staff development.
Evaluate training effectiveness.
Ensure all training reflects current legislation and best practice.
Promote continuous learning across the organisation.
Essential Requirements
Experience delivering health and social care training. (i.e.: NAPPI)
Relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of CQC standards and adult social care.
Full UK Driving Licence.
