We offer fully funded professional training, qualifications and career development, flexible contracts to suit you, up to £13.75 per hour and paid mileage at 32p per mile. There's also a 'Refer a friend' scheme to earn up to £1,000, Blue Light discounts, and a pension scheme. You dont need previous care experience if you bring a warm and compassionate nature with great people skills and a positive, team-focused attitude. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car, plus flexibility to work alternating weekends, and at least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK is required (sponsorship is not available).
