Rutland House Surgery is looking for a part-time Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our friendly and supportive team.

Job description
Rutland House Surgery is seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our friendly and supportive primary care team.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centred care by assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients with acute and long-term conditions. Working autonomously and alongside GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team, the ANP will deliver evidence-based care, prescribe independently (where qualified), request and interpret investigations, and make appropriate referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe medication and manage treatment plans within scope of practice.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and investigations.
- Provide health promotion, preventative care, and patient education.
- Support patients with long-term condition management.
- Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and community services.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure safe clinical practice.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and service development.
- Adhere to safeguarding, infection control, and governance requirements.
The post holder will play an important role in delivering safe, effective, and accessible healthcare while contributing to the ongoing development of services at Rutland House Surgery.

We are a PMS practice based in Muswell Hill. We work across 2 branches. There are 2 partners and 7 salaried GPs, including 2 nurses and 3 clinical pharmacists.
