ABOUT YOU You don't need any specific experience to join us as an Activities Assistant, so you could come from any background. What's important is that you have a sense of fun, creativity, and the ability to encourage and motivate others. You'll also need to have that little extra something a real interest in the people we support. Enthusiastic and empathetic, you're someone who'll really enjoy helping our residents to live their lives to the full. Bring us all of that, and you'll have every opportunity to develop your skills further with a range of courses designed to build your confidence
