The Senior Care Assistant - Nights position at Agincare Homes Holdings in Fareham offers an opportunity for experienced care professionals to join the Agincare family at Cordelia Care Home to make a substantial impact on residents lives. The role requires individuals to use their compassion and experience to create a comforting and caring home environment. It involves leading high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, and fostering their dignity and independence. Responsibilities include administering medication accurately, contributing to care plans, and leading activities. This position requires a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK and at least Level 2 in Health & Social Care, or working towards Level 3. The role offers a rate of £13.46 per hour, a refer a friend scheme, career development opportunities with fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, and an attractive benefits package.
