We are looking for a confident Female Night Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Youll be working 40.25 hours per week picking up Night shifts (7:30pm to 7:45am), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at The Gables. ***Due to a genuine occupational need to support Female residents, we are currently looking for female applicants***. Located in the heart of a residential community in Colchester, Gables is a specialist residential service supporting people with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.

Your day-to-day

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through phys ical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
