We are looking for Registered Nurses with varying experience to join our Bank Care Service.

Operating within our existing shift patterns, which includes rotational day, evening and night shifts, you will provide an outstanding service to the children and families we support.
As part of our nursing team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and be part of a Multidisciplinary Team providing a high quality of service supporting children and young people who have severe brain injuries requiring complex neuro-disability management including long term invasive and non-invasive ventilation, tracheostomy management, severe/complex epilepsy, and disorders of consciousness.
Main duties of the job
- Adheres to the Nursing and Midwifery Council Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics for Nurses and Midwives at all times.
- Maintains clear and identified professional boundaries at all times.
- Create environments which empower children and families to be fully involved intheir care.
- Undertakes assessment, care planning and evaluation of childrens care needscollaboratively with families, taking action to address any issues or complications.
- Ensures individualised high-quality care is delivered at all times, that is underpinned by evidence-based practice and guidance.
- Works in accordance with The Childrens Trust policies and operating procedures.

Job description
You will work as a Bank Registered Nurse ensure the safe and effective delivery of a high standard of individualised care across a twenty-four hour period, in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team.
You will work within a holistic model to ensure care, education & therapy needs are met twenty-four hours a day.
