Job summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Bank Children Support Assistants with varying experience to join ourSpecialist Centre based in Tadworth, Surrey.
Joining our Bank Team is a great way to gain clinical skills while working in a flexible way to suit your lifestyle.
To apply for this role you must hold a relevant care qualification, either a Regulated Qualifications Framework Level 2 or 3 (Residential Childcare) or a NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care. The QCF (Qualifications and Credit Framework) Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care will also be considered.
Student nurses who have completed one year of study can apply for the role without holding the about qualifications.
This role is not open to sponsorship.
Main duties of the job
You will work as a Bank Childrens Support Assistant providing a high quality of care to children/young people and their families, considering theindividualised needs for each child based within your allocated Rehabilitation or Residential House.
You will work within a holistic model to ensure care; education & therapy needs are met twenty-four hours a day.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.
