We operate across five sites in Hampshire, including one in Petersfield, two in Liss, and two in Liphook. As part of our commitment to sustainability and quality care, we are seeking a 4 session Salaried GP to work at our Swan Surgery in Petersfield, taking on an established patient list. GPs will work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals including clinical pharmacists, physiotherapists, and a dedicated frailty team.
