Main duties of the job
Join us as a Home Care Assistant and make a real difference while building a rewarding career in care. As a Home Carer, you will support people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care. You will assist with shopping, meal preparation, and provide companionship and conversation. You're giving more than care; you're giving connection. We offer outstanding career development with fully funded professional training and qualifications up to QCF level 5. We provide flexible contracts to work around you, as well as a refer a friend scheme with earnings up to £1000, a Blue Light care discount package, and a company pension scheme. We seek individuals who are kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others. No previous care experience or qualifications are needed; we value the right attitude and a caring nature. Applicants should have strong people skills, a supportive and professional mindset, a minimum of 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK, a full UK driving license (preferred), and flexibility to work alternating weekends.

About you:Above all, were looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others.You dont need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.
Youll bring:
- A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
- Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
