What we offer: £13.46 per hour, refer a friend scheme (up to £1000), outstanding career development & fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, Blue Light discount package, company pension scheme, on-demand pay. Seeking individuals with minimum 12 months right to work in the UK, Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3), position available for 36 or 42 hours per week including alternate weekends, experience as a senior and in administering medication essential. Responsibilities include delivering and leading high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, dignity, and independence, administering medication safely and accurately, contributing to and reviewing care plans, leading activities and engagement, and supporting and guiding team members.
