Main duties of the job

Working as part of the team at Akari Care, Senior Care Assistants are crucial in delivering the highest quality of care to residents. Their responsibilities include overseeing care planning while engaging with residents to support their well-being through idea-driven social activities. They are also crucial in mentoring and supervising junior staff, fostering a supportive workplace that aligns with Akari's values.
