We are seeking a Workforce Projects and Job Evaluation Officer to join our HR Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term basis to support the delivery of a significant Trust-wide workforce review and job evaluation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile project, working alongside clinical leaders, managers, staff-side colleagues, and workforce professionals to deliver fair, transparent, and evidence-based workforce solutions across Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust.
