Main duties of the job

The role of a Female Care Assistant at Agincare involves supporting people to remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. The position includes helping with daily routines such as household tasks, personal care, shopping, preparing meals, and providing companionship. Successful candidates will receive a £500 welcome bonus along with fully funded professional training, and career development opportunities. Flexible contracts are offered, along with up to a competitive hourly rate and paid mileage. No previous care experience is necessary. However, candidates should possess a warm and compassionate nature with great people skills, a positive team-focused attitude, a full UK driving license, flexibility to work alternating weekends, and at least 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK. Note that this role is restricted to female applicants only under the Equality Act 2010, as the personal care needs to maintain dignity and privacy for women.
