Shift Times: 08:00-16:00 3x Days a week, no weekends. Must have a driving licence. We'll also look for a caring, patient nature and a genuine interest in the people we support. Main duties of the job

As a Maintenance Assistant/Gardener at a Barchester care home, you'll be critical in creating a safe and inviting environment for our residents. Your role will encompass maintaining buildings and gardens to the highest standards, thereby playing a key part in the residents' quality of life and their visitors' experience. Your working hours will be from 08:00 to 16:00, three days a week, with no weekend shifts, and a driving license is essential for this role. You should have prior experience in maintenance and gardening, combined with a caring and patient nature and a genuine interest in supporting people.
