Job summary

Are you passionate about shaping innovative mental health services and driving real change? We're seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our Early Intervention in Psychosis and Individual Placement Support Services within our Trust.

Main duties of the job

To provide clinical leadership and operational management to Adult CommunityMental Health services, within the Trust. To be accountable for the direct delivery ofadult community mental health services across defined areas of responsibility.

The post holder will ensure delivery of high standards of care, clinical governance arrangements and a commitment to improving the quality agenda and contribute to the care trust agenda as a member of the management team. To contribute, as part of the management team, to the Trust's strategic agenda and business planning systems for own area of responsibility.

The post holder is expected to work within organisational and other national and local policies to interpret and embed these within their work area and to be accountable for service development and its practical implementation. The post holder may be required to deputise for their line manager or provide cover for a peer colleague, as required.

In addition the post holder will be expected to support the implementation of variousprojects and new initiatives as they arise.
