Main duties of the job

As an Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll be entrusted with handling various responsibilities essential to delivering quality care and support to the residents. Your tasks will include answering phone calls, managing files, and supporting the management team. Additionally, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, help engage with residents, and guide prospective clients and their families during tours to highlight what makes the care home unique.
