Job summary

The post holder will provide finance and administrative support to the Finance and Performance function of the organisation.

The post holder will work within the Finance and Performance Team and be accountable to the Finance and Performance Manager.

To provide financial and administrative support in relation to all aspects of financial services for Lancaster Medical Practice and Lancaster Medical Group Ltd (Pharmacy), in line with agreed policies and procedures.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide financial and administrative support in relation to all aspects of financial services for Lancaster Medical Practice and Lancaster Medical Group Ltd (Pharmacy), in line with agreed policies and procedures.
• Assist in the timely and accurate processing of invoices for payment to suppliers and reconcile supplier statements.
• Raise invoices, monitor income received, reconcile petty cash, and process weekly banking for Lancaster Medical Practice and Lancaster Medical Group Ltd (Pharmacy).
• Administratively support the payroll and pensions systems in line with agreed policies for Lancaster Medical Practice and Lancaster Medical Group Ltd (Pharmacy).
• Provide administrative support to the Performance (activity) function of Lancaster Medical Practice.
