We are pleased to offer a rare and exciting opportunity for a Salaried GP to join our busy, supportive inner city GP Practice. This role offer 6-8 sessions per week to include Friday, Monday & Tues £10,500 per session with an anticipated start date ASAP subject to the usual checks. You will be joining a well established practice where patient care, teamwork and staff wellbeing genuinely matter. Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide high quality, patient centred general medical services to a diverse inner city population. Clinical work will include a mix of telephone and face to face consultations, with standard 10 minute appointments and 20 minute appointments where interpreters are required. you will assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of acute and long term conditions, supporting continuity of care and appropriate follow up. You will work closely with a well established multidisciplinary team including Physician Associate, ANP, Pharmacists and MH practitioners with clear pathways for shared care and support. A Senior experienced GP is available in person Mon - Thurs to provide advice, support and supervision as needed. Medicine Management workload and document processing are capped for salaried Gp's to ensure safe and manageable working.

Salaried General Practitioner (GP) at Victoria Mill Medical Practice
we are seeking a dedicated Salaried Gp to join our well established General Practice In the expansion corridor working in the North East of Manchester. As a Salaried Gp you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality primary healthcare services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, managing chronic diseases, and offering preventative care. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive services to our diverse population.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive medical care to patients within the general practice, including consultations, physical examinations home visits and diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses.
2. Maintain accurate and up -to -date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
3.Develop and implement personalised care plans for patients, taking into consideration their medical history, lifestyle and preferences.
4. Manage a varied caseload, including complex and long term conditions, and coordinate with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed.
5 Promote health education and preventative measures to patients, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their healthcare.
6 Collaborate with the practice team including Nurses, Physicians Associates, pharmacists and Administrative staff.
7 Referrals should be completed on a daily basis in line with Practice Policy.
8. Investigations should be completed and associated documentation dealt within appropriate timescales.
9. Results are normally communicated either electronically or by letter via Docman, you will be expected to action these on a daily basis.
10 you will be expected to complete reports expected under GMS contract. Additionally you may be expected to complete reports requested by other parties such as insurance companies. Any non NHS reports fees are retained by Victoria Mill Medical Practice.
11. Home visit requests are triaged by Gp's.
12 Participate in Practice Meetings, case discussions and continuous professional development activities to enhance your clinical knowledge and skills and ensure all Mandatory training completed including your responsibilities for Level 3 Safeguarding Adults& children.
13 Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines withing the practice.
14 Adhere to the NAtional Health Service (NHS) and practice policies and procedures, including Clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
15. Maintain your professional registration and participate in the appraisal and revalidation process as required by the General Medical Council (GMC)
16. Foster a positive and supportive working environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.
