Job summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team player to join our Neighbourhood South team as a Band 5 Commissioning Support Officer within the NHS North East and North Cumbria ICB working across the Tees Valley.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide commissioning and project support across women, children's and young people's health services, working closely with commissioners, providers and key stakeholders. The post holder willalso lead on some projects and contracts as part of the wider portfolio of work across Hartlepool, Stockton-onTees, Darlington, Middlesbrough and Redcar and Cleveland.The role requires excellent organisational, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across partner organisations.

Job description

  • To support the team in the delivery or a range ofwork associated with contracting and commissioning.
  • To support the planning, delivery, and monitoring of a programme of work linking with colleagues across the sector team and widergroups as required.
  • To support a wider portfolio of work across the sector which may include leading some contracts with providers.
