Main duties of the job

The role is ideal for someone looking to combine client management with strong project management skills, enabling the successful delivery against sponsor requirements and approved business cases.

Key aspects of this role include:

• Acts as the key client link with the PMO, providing strategic direction and oversight, and managing delivery of outputs from the programme's delivery partner
• Establishes and continuously improves governance, assurance, planning, controls, reporting, and performance/benefits frameworks
• Provides executive decision support to the Programme Operations Director and COO
• Ensures high-quality, timely, insight-rich information flows to underpin governance and stakeholder confidence.
