Cygnet Group are currently looking for an experienced Autism Support Worker (Days) to join our dedicated team at CONIFERS.

Youll be working 42 hours (Days Only - 08:00 AM till 08:00 PM) per week, including alternative weekends.

The People We Support:

  • Adults from the age of 18 years
  • Individuals with a diagnosis of autism & learning disability
  • May present with behaviours that challenge
  • May have communication challenges
  • May have associated complex needs
  • May have an ECHP (Education Healthcare Plan)
  • May be subjected to DoLS (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards) or Care Orders

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals specif ic needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
