As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to older people living in one of Jewish Care's residential care homes. Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will assist residents with personal care, daily living activities, meals, mobility, and social engagement while promoting independence, dignity, and choice. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, understanding their individual preferences and supporting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our Care team.

As a Care Assistant, youll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. Youll get to know each resident as an individualwhat matters to them, what makes them smileand tailor your support to help them live well.

No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.

  • Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines
  • Providing companionship and emotional support

Working pattern 12-hour shifts (8am8pm), including some weekends
