Job summary
We are seeking a friendly Receptionist with excellent communication, keyboard and computer skills to join the Patient Navigation team at Priory Surgery.
Cover is required for up to 35 hours a week. We are open to these hours being covered by one new recruit, or to splitting them across two people.
The role involves providing a comprehensive reception service within the Practice to GPs, health professionals, the general public and other agencies.
You will be required to triage and navigate patients to an appropriate appointment or service, receive patients and other surgery users, oversee the main reception area and ensure the smooth running of GP sessions and other clinics, using computerised systems that are an essential part of the role.
This role would suit a flexible individual, with a 'can do' attitude. Primary Care experience is desirable, but not essential.

Priory Surgery is a long-established GP training practice situated in South Bristol (a couple of miles from the city centre), providing Primary Medical Services to around 11,250 patients in the Knowle, Whitchurch, Totterdown and Brislington areas.
