We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of a first-class care home. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community. Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance NEED TO HAVE: Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application Be self-motivated and target driven Have interpersonal and professional qualities Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint) Full UK driving licence. NEED TO DO: Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner. Responsible for all sales activity for the home. Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home. Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements. Respond to sales enquiries. Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities. Maintain a contacts database.
