Main Responsibilities

As a Community Nurse, you will provide holistic nursing care to patients and their families within their own homes and community settings. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals to remain independent, promoting wellbeing, and delivering care that meets the highest professional standards.

Working closely with colleagues across a large multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care, ensuring patients receive a positive experience throughout their healthcare journey.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Registered Nurse (NMC Registered)
  • Frontline community care experience
  • Evidence of ongoing clinical and professional development
  • Strong clinical assessment, planning, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and maintain high standards of care under pressure
  • A flexible and professional approach to patient-centred care
  • You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle suitable for business use.
