Main duties of the job
- Supervise daily operations of the GP surgery reception area, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Responsible for setting up clinicians clinics on EMIS
- Lead and supervise a team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and morale.
- Implement training programmes for staff on relevant courses in connection with primary care and customer service excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across all areas of the surgery.
