This role will be based in the community supporting our Client who is an adult who has Brain Injury and complex health needs requiring high level of care and support at home.

We are looking for high quality, dynamic and experienced Nursing Assistants / Support Workers who have experience working with people with brain injury and who are able to provide domiciliary home care.
You must have/be:
- 1 years or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker working with people with spinal injury.
- Flexibility, maturity, independence and the very highest professional standards
- Commitment to delivering client specific care
- Adaptable approach to support client and family members
- Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting

Night Nursing Assistant- Complex Care - Essex
Claimont Health have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Nursing Assistant.
This role will be based in the community supporting clients who have complex health needs requiring a high level of care and support at home.
Are you a caring individual who is passionate about delivering person centred care? Do you believe you can make a positive impact to our clients lives? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for individuals to join our team either on a part time or Bank Staff basis.
We are looking for Nursing Assistants who have a proven track record of complex care experience and have supported clients with skills such as:
- Tracheostomy care
- Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) including feeding.
- Ventilation management
- Oral suctioning
- Bowel management
- Nebuliser (NEB)
- Medications

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 1 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience.
- Diploma in relevant health/ social subject.
- Commitment to delivering client specific care.
- Adaptable and Professional approach to support client and family members.
