Main duties of the job
The Senior Care Assistant position at Agincare Homes Holdings in Swindon offers experienced care professionals an opportunity to make a meaningful impact daily. This role, based at our Lansdowne Hill Care Home, involves creating a comfortable and caring environment for residents. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality, person-centred care, administering medication safely, leading activities, and supporting team members. The position requires 42 hours of work per week, including alternate weekends, along with at least 12 months right to work in the UK and a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (with an option to pursue Level 3).
