We are looking for a Medical Resourcing Administrator to work within our busy fast-paced but friendly Recruitment Team. The successful candidate will need to be well-organised, self-motivated and have great telephone manners with the ability toremaincalm under pressure.
The successful applicant will be required to work from the office for the first 3 months as you develop into the role.However, once training is completed a hybrid working pattern will be in place.
Main duties of the job
You will work across the full end-to-end recruitment cycle(from vacancy creation to on-boarding)for vacancies across the trust. Therefore, the ideal candidate must haveprevious recruitment experience along with experience of working in a busy administrative role(s). You will also be good on the telephone as the role will involve engaging and liaising with your recruiting managers, candidatesand a wide range of staff groupsdaily.
To provide strong and collaborative administration support to the Medical Resourcing Team throughout the end to end recruitment process to enable the delivery of a first class recruitment service, and to enhance the department's reputation as a centre of excellence.
Build solid working relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers.
Take an active part in the continual streamlining of the recruitment process for permanent and temporary staff.

Job description
Support with contacts to the Medical Resourcing department via phone and e-mail, ensuring that these are dealt with in a timely, accurate and professionally customer focused manner.
Ensure the delivery of an excellent medical recruitment service to managers, staff and applicants through provision of administrative and advisory support throughout the recruitment process.
Awareness of the medical resourcing teams key performance indicators and actively work towards meeting them.
Review new vacancy submissions on TRAC, ensuring there is valid vacancy control panel approval.
Advertise roles on TRAC and NHS jobs and other relevant channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency and relevance. Support with the shortlisting process.
Coordinate the setting up of interview schedules and contact candidates electronically, prepare recruitment packs for interviews.
Produce offer letters, agree start dates, book induction and issue contracts for successful candidates.
Conduct all pre-employment checks for successful candidates in line with NHS Employers guidance. This may also include HEE junior doctors in training, honorary doctors and clinicalattachments.
