We are seeking a flexible individual to join the Children & Young Peoples Service. Your role will be to support the provision of an efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the Childrens Community Therapy Team. You should be able to communicate with staff at all levels, as well as members of the public with confidence and initiative. You will require good organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Auto Dictation skills are essential for this role.

Main duties of the job
To supervise the Administrators within the team, and manage the work flows and priorities, within the department.To undertake any routine typing and data entry requirements for the Service as directed by the Admin Team Leader and/or Service Team Lead.To maintain records on annual leave, time sheets, and study leave. To carry out PDRs with line managed staff. Also to ensure that admin staff rotas are produced to ensure minimum staffing levels are maintained, at all times.
