Main duties of the job

Working in partnership with service users, carers and other partner agencies, assess, plan and provide packages of care for individuals and their families/carers experiencing first episode psychosis. To fulfil all requirements of CPA Care Co-ordination. Provide supervision and support to junior team members and colleagues.

Travel Requirements

The role involves regular travel throughout Bradford, Airedale and Craven to meet the needs of the service and our communities. Therefore, applicants must be able to travel across the district to deliver high-quality care and support where it is needed most.
