Job summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Lead to join our Children and Young People's Services (CYPS), supporting the Mindworks Hub East
This is a key role providing senior administrative leadership and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a busy and complex service. You will work closely with senior managers, acting as a central point of coordination, supporting service delivery, and leading a small administrative team.

Main duties of the job
- Provide senior administrative and operational support to Mindworks Hub East
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, and communications on behalf of senior managers
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and supervise the administrative team, including workload allocation and support
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions
- Support recruitment, appraisals, and staff management processes
- Monitor data quality and support performance reporting using systems such as SystmOne, ESR, and Datix
- Manage referrals, update clinical records, and support clinic bookings
- Oversee administrative systems, office processes, and resource management
- Contribute to service improvement and ensure high standards of customer service
