<h2>Job Introduction</h2><p>As a Band 7 Senior Sister, you will play a key leadership role within our Community Nursing Service, leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care to patients in their own homes and local communities.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced community nursing leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while developing and supporting others to achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for leading a team of nurses, overseeing a complex community caseload and ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively and in line with best practice.You will work closely with colleagues across health and social care, helping to shape and develop services that improve outcomes for patients while supporting the wider strategic objectives of the organisation.
