Main duties of the job
This role has been designed to work specifically with women living across the county, with diverse and complex needs to engage in treatment around their substance use, healthy relationships and mental and emotional health. This will be a trauma-informed service using an outreach model to ensure the flexibility needed to keep women engaged in treatment. There will be an emphasis on multi-agency working and networking to develop and provide sustainable pathways, supporting women to meet their goals. The role will be based in Penzance. You will be working full time (37.5 hours) Monday - Friday. As part of this role, you will be required to work occasional Saturdays. We are part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people. Successful candidates will work as part of the adult community team, alongside in-house services which include outreach, hospital, clinical, criminal justice and a residential rehabilitation facility.
