Main duties of the job
You will undertake a full range of administrative duties in accordance with the running of a busy office, so this role is pivotal to the smooth running of our Admin service. This is a full-time role based in Weston-Super-Mare, although you may be asked to visit other sites from time to time to support your colleagues in the wider Administration team. You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills, and able to manage your time effectively, working as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained. We are part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of North Somersets most excluded and disadvantaged people. Successful candidates will work alongside in-house services which include prescribing and clinical, outreach, hospital and adult community and a residential rehabilitation facility.
