<p>Make a Difference as a <strong>Band 6 Health Visitor!</strong></p><p><strong>Are you an experienced and passionate Health Visitor ready for your next challenge?</strong><br>At HCRG Care Group, were looking for a dedicated Band 6 Health Visitor (Specialist Community Public Health Nurse) to join our friendly and supportive team within Wiltshire Childrens Community Services.<br>This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of children and families across Wiltshire. Youll play a key role in delivering the 05 Healthy Child Programme, working proactively with families to promote good health, prevent ill health and give every child the best possible start in life.</p><p><strong>What youll be part of - </strong><br>As a Health Visitor, youll have the opportunity to:</p><ul><li>Lead and deliver a high-quality, proactive health visiting service for children and their families.</li><li>Build trusted relationships with families and support them to achieve positive health outcomes.Help reduce health inequalities and improve outcomes for children and families.</li><li>Play an important role in safeguarding children and promoting their health, development and wellbeing.</li><li>Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner organisations across the community.Use your expertise, initiative and
