Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Medical Education Team at Charing Cross Hospital. The Postgraduate Medical Education Centre supports the training and educational needs of doctors in training across Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.Working closely with the Postgraduate Education Manager and Medical Education Administrator, the successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality postgraduate medical education across the Trust.
The role involves the day-to-day administration of the Education Centre, including coordinating teaching and training programmes, organising meetings and events, preparing reports, disseminating information to stakeholders, and providing formal minute-taking support.
The postholder will also lead on a designated workstream with guidance from the Postgraduate Education Manager.
This role would suit a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a varied workload. A good working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office applications and a commitment to continuous professional development are essential.

Main duties of the job
This is one of three posts designed to provide high quality administrative support to the medical education centres and its activities on the Hammersmith, Charing Cross and St Mary's hospital sites.
- The postholders will be responsible for supervising the educationcentre on the site they are based and its activities and will lead on a specific area of medical education work; Trust medical staff induction, trainee data management and study leave management.These roles are supported by an administrator.
