Job summary

The DDaT Business Partner leads large-scale digital and clinical transformation initiatives, providing senior strategic oversight and driving complex system-wide change. This highly specialist role requires extensive experience in programme governance, stakeholder engagement, digital technical understanding, and the ability to influence executive leaders. The postholder manages high-profile projects, oversees benefits realisation, ensures compliance with digital standards, and develops team capability to support long-term transformation across the organisation.
