Main duties of the job

As a Practice Nurse at Operose Health, you will play a crucial role within our primary care team, focusing on enhancing patient care and service delivery. Essential duties include working with the registered manager to ensure compliance with CQC outcomes, collaborating with the general practice team, and providing patient care, treatment, and chronic disease management. Candidates must have Long Term Condition (LTC) experience and UK registration as a nurse with significant post-registration experience. Additionally, experience in cervical cytology, baby immunisations, and a good understanding of the quality outcomes framework are required. Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

  • You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
  • Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.

Ideal Candidate: What we look for in new colleagues

  • It is essential that the candidate has Long Term Condition (LTC) experience.
  • UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
  • Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
