As a Bank Quality & Safety Trainer, youll be working as part of the HCRG Care Group Team in our Corporate service. As well as the attractive hourly rates of pay, at HCRG Care Group you will benefit from: £19.38 an hour. Self-booking and access to all bank shifts! Staff are given access to all Bank shifts within their Business Unit and can self-book providing they meet the shift requirements. Request a Duty Staff can make shifts or Day Off requests prior to the creation of a roster up to six weeks in advance. This helps promote a better work life balance and allows for personal commitments to be met. Main duties of the job

Were seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Bank Quality & Safety Trainer, predominantly focusing on the delivery of Fire Safety, Warden, and Evacuation training. There will also be a requirement to deliver other Quality & Safety training where needed such as BLS, PM&H, Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Childrens Services. This is a unique opportunity for someone whos looking to step back into the sector in a part-time or flexible capacity while making a real difference.   • Involvement in relevant clinical and Quality and Safety training projects and programmes of work
  • Support the education, development and support to SMEs delivering learning interventions in the organisation.
  • Identification and implementation of continuous improvements in learning provision.
  • Management of own workload, possessing excellent planning, prioritisation, organisational and time management skills and the ability to plan any travel effectively.
  • Support training needs analysis as required to identify demand for learning interventions prior to development.

Person Specification:

Essential criteria:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Recognised level 4 teaching, training or assessing qualification (or willingness to achieve this within a set time period)
  • Ability to deliver training covering a wide range of health and care appropriate subject specialisms.
  • Experience of designing, developing and delivering high quality blended learning solutions suitable for a health and care audience.
  • Experience of and competence in using digital tools in the development and delivery of training solutions
  • Knowledge and experience of curriculum development and course design
