Main duties of the job

As a Bank Quality & Safety Trainer, you will be part of the HCRG Care Group Team in our Corporate service. You will enjoy attractive hourly rates of pay at £19.38 and benefits such as access to self-book bank shifts and the Wagestream feature, which allows you to track your pay throughout the month. You will focus on delivering Fire Safety, Warden, and Evacuation training and other Quality & Safety training like BLS and Conflict resolution. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work around your lifestyle, and is open to individuals seeking any number of hours. You will cover the BSW patch (Bath, Swindon, and Wiltshire). Main responsibilities include supporting internal quality assurance and training needs analysis, maintaining the clinical and Quality and Safety training course catalogue, and contributing to training projects and programmes. You will also manage your own workload, planning and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Were seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Bank Quality & Safety Trainer, predominantly focusing on the delivery of Fire Safety, Warden, and Evacuation training.

There will also be a requirement to deliver other Quality & Safety training where needed such as BLS, PM&H, Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Childrens Services. This is a unique opportunity for someone whos looking to step back into the sector in a part-time or flexible capacity while making a real difference.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support on the internal quality assurance of all clinical and Quality and Safety learning interventions, ensuring working in line with the TLE Quality Assurance process.
• Support the maintenance of the clinical and Quality and Safety training course catalogue ensuring all course information is up to date at all times
• Involvement in relevant clinical and Quality and Safety training projects and programmes of work
• Support the education, development and support to SMEs delivering learning interventions in the organisation.
• Identification and implementation of continuous improvements in learning provision.
• Management of own workload, possessing excellent planning, prioritisation, organisational and time management skills and the ability to plan any travel effectively.
• Support training needs analysis as required to identify demand for learning interventions prior to development.

Person Specification:

Essential criteria:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Recognised level 4 teaching, training or assessing qualification (or willingness to achieve this within a set time period)
• Ability to deliver training covering a wide range of health and care appropriate subject specialisms.
• Experience of designing, developing and delivering high quality blended learning solutions suitable for a health and care audience.
• Experience of and competence in using digital tools in the development and delivery of training solutions
• Knowledge and experience of curriculum development and course design
