Job summary

<p>Were seeking an experienced and <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">compassionate <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">individual to join our team as a <strong>Mandatory Trainer</strong>, predominantly focusing on the delivery of <strong>Fire Safety, Warden, and Evacuation training</strong></span></span>. </p><p>There will also be a requirement to deliver other Quality & Safety training where needed such as BLS, PM&H, Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Childrens Services. This is a unique opportunity for someone whos looking to step back into the sector in a part-time or flexible capacity while making a real difference.</p><p><strong><strong>This role offers hybrid working with regular regional and national travel</strong><strong> as required.</strong></strong></p><p>We can consider part-time or full-time applicants.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">Support on the internal quality assurance of all clinical and Quality and Safety learning interventions, ensuring working in line with the TLE Quality Assurance process</span>.</li><li><span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">Support the maintenance of the clinical and Qualit
