The Estates team are looking to recruit an organised and efficient Estates Support Manager. The post will be based at Kings Court 2, Worcester but will have responsibility across both Herefordshire & Worcestershire. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work under pressure using own initiative. Main duties of the job
You'll lead the Estates Back Office Team, providing day-to-day management of the Estates Helpdesk, reception and post room, while ensuring high standards of customer service and operational performance. You will also be responsible for Trust-wide utility management, overseeing supplier contracts, budgets and bill validation with the support of the Trusts Environmental and Sustainability Manager. You will also lead on performance reporting to support safe, efficient and sustainable estate operations.
Working closely with clinical, operational and corporate colleagues, you'll build strong relationships, coordinate contractors and resources, and help drive service improvements across the Estates and Facilities function. You'll also contribute to policy development, lead on performance management and staff development, and play a key role within the Estates and Facilities Management Team, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with Trust objectives.
