Job summary
We are looking for an organised and motivated Recruitment Administrator to join the Recruitment Team at Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals (DBTH).
The Recruitment Administrator will provide effective administrative support throughout the recruitment process, working closely with recruiting managers, candidates and colleagues across the Trust. You will be responsible for ensuring recruitment activity is progressed efficiently, accurately and in line with Trust policies and procedures.
Providing excellent customer service is a key priority for our Recruitment Team. You will provide a professional, helpful and responsive service to candidates and recruiting managers, ensuring they receive clear communication and appropriate support throughout the recruitment process.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within NHS recruitment. Depending on your skills, knowledge and experience, the role may be offered at Band 2 or Band 3, with the opportunity to develop within the role.
Following a period of induction and training, there is an opportunity to work one day per week from home, subject to service requirements.
Although this position is advertised as full-time, part-time and flexible working arrangements will be considered.

Main duties of the job
Your role will involve managing a range of recruitment activities and supporting the process from advertising through to appointment. This will include advertising vacancies, coordinating interviews and assessment events, progressing conditional offers and ensuring the required pre-employment and safe recruitment checks are completed. You will play an important role in ensuring recruitment processes are compliant with NHS requirements and Trust procedures.
You will also provide advice and guidance to recruiting managers on recruitment processes, policies and best practice, helping managers to navigate the recruitment process effectively and consistently.
The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines within a busy recruitment environment. You will work as part of a supportive team, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues to resolve issues and maintain an effective recruitment service.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, able to identify and resolve problems and committed to delivering a high-quality recruitment administration service. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our recruitment processes.
