CSH Surrey, the first social enterprise and employee-owned community healthcare provider in the U.K., is currently recruiting for a Chief Nurse and Director of Quality & People to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will join the Executive team and provide strategic, professional and system leadership across all clinical professions.
The Chief Nurse and Director of Quality & People will also play a key system leadership role, working with health and care partners to drive, shape, and deliver integrated care pathways that improve patient outcomes in a financially sustainable way, with the post holder playing a crucial role in supporting the organisation in delivering the NHS 10-year plan and in maximising opportunities for growth of community-based services.

Main duties of the job
Quality, Safety and Governance
- Lead the organisation's approach to clinical governance, patient safety and experience, ensuring learning and improvement are embedded in all teams.
- Serve as Director of Infection Prevention and Control, and Executive Lead for the Quality and Safety and Putting People First Committees.
- Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and contractual quality requirements.
- Provide assurance to the Board through clear reporting, data and narrative on clinical quality, risk and improvement
