Job summary
An excellent opportunity for a Sister / Charge Nurse who is committed to high quality care for babies and their families to join our Neonatal team based at Doncaster and Bassetlaw.
To provide the highest standard of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individualised holistic care in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team.
As a Band 6 Sister / Charge Nurse you will require RN Adult/RN Child with evidence of professional development. Completion of the Neonatal Intensive Care Course is essential.
There are opportunities to undertake a range of professional and personal development activities.
Main duties of the job
To provide the highest standard of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individualised neonatal care in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team.
To develop your expertise, leadership, and managerial skills within the neonatal unit.
Providing and supporting family integrated care with the babies and their families.
Working alongside the multi disciplinary team to provide excellent evidence based care.
Opportunity to develop specialist interests within the scope of neonatal care.
